Hotel Praha (1)

Once the leading address for visiting Communist dignitaries, Prague’s Hotel Praha was demolished in 2014 to make way for a school that was never built. The Brutalist design dates from the early 1970s, though the hotel was only finally completed in 1981. All of the 136 rooms had private terraces and views out over the Old Town in the distance.
